What we do.
The NightsBridge for Travel Agents program provides travel agents with access to NightsBridge’s online guesthouse and B&B booking tool. Travel agents who join this program will receive immediate access to commissionable guesthouse and B&B rates for over 5000 guesthouses or B&Bs.
NightsBridge allows any of its clients to opt-in and does not discern based on grading or other criteria. The onus is on the travel agent to choose an accommodation provider based on its clients’ criteria and to do further independent research where there is uncertainty about quality or services.
How the commission works.
The commission is calculated at the end of each calendar month in which the booking has been made and paid for. The agent will be able to view a summary of all bookings and the commission amount due. At the end of each month, NightsBridge will send the agent a purchase order for the commission amount. The agent will need to invoice NightsBridge for the commission and it will be paid within 21 days of receipt of the invoice. Please note the 10% commission is inclusive of VAT. Should you not be VAT registered please invoice us for your commission amount without VAT.

How do I register on NightsBridge for Travel Agents?
You can start making bookings and payments immediately. You will only need to register once you have completed your first booking so that your company details can be verified for commission payment.

How do I manage and review bookings previously made?
Once you have made your first booking, go to the Review Bookings tab. You will be asked to complete a registration process. Once your company credentials have been verified, you will receive a login and password to review your bookings on the same tab. The verification process may take a couple of days as VAT numbers and company registrations are checked to ensure the security of commission payments.
The email you receive after making the online booking will also contain all the booking information and contact details for the property for review purposes.

Why do I have to include my client’s credit card number?
To allow us to proceed with your booking, we require you to submit your client’s credit card details as full payment. Your client’s credit card information is strictly confidential.

Is it safe to use a credit card?
Yes. We are payment card industry (PCI) compliant and treat the security of our clients' personal information very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party.

When will my client’s credit card be charged?
Your client's credit card is charged immediately at time of booking and the confirmation/ accommodation voucher (confirmation email) is then sent to the email address you specified.

What if my payment fails?
Do not worry your booking will still be made at the property, so you do not lose the room. Contact NightsBridge on nbforagents@nightsbridge.com and we will provide you with a secure link to try another online payment.

How do I get a refund if my booking is cancelled?
Please contact the property to request the refund. The property will action your refund via our online payment gatweay PayBridge who in turn, refunds the money back into your card used at the time of booking.

Do I receive a Booking Voucher?
This is the email confirmation you will receive after booking. Please print out a copy and keep this document safe. Your client will have to present it at the guesthouse or B&B at check-in to the guesthouse or B&B.

What happens if there is a problem with the guesthouse or B&B when your client arrives?
All queries need to be dealt with directly with the B&B or guesthouse. The contact details for the property can be found on your booking confirmation email.

The client has lost the confirmation/accommodation voucher, what do I do?
As long as you have the booking number, you can confirm the booking directly with the guest house or B&B. You can find the booking number from your review bookings tab.

How can I amend or cancel my booking?
To amend or cancel the booking, please contact the establishment directly, preferably in writing as well. Their contact details are on the confirmation email.

How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?
Please include the information in the 'special requests' section when filling out the reservation.
Please note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the availability of the room and cannot be confirmed until the day of check-in or check-out. Please advise the guesthouse or B&B of your request, and they will try their best to accommodate your needs.
